陽光撒在棉被上，覺得好溫暖。慶幸自己今天有起床去跑步喔，每次跑完總會慶幸自己有跑，也有點小後悔沒能更早起一些。
今天跑步最佳背景音樂：《動物方城市》主題曲 "Try everything" by Shakira和五月天的《將軍令》。節錄部份歌詞，支撐著跑步中的我。
